advantage: a book has alot of information on one topic so you can find out more information.

disadvantages: takes more of your time.

2. Using the internet, search methods (search engines) easy access fast way of gaining
information
advantages: quick and direct information
disadvantages:non verified you wont know if its true or not

3. Photocopying and highlighting key quotes and images
advantages:easier and quicker and more accurate information
disadvantages:you need a photocopier

4.Making notes
advantages:you've written it your self so it cant be wrong information
disadvantages:not always enough on there own you might need a quite or a image


5.Interviews (written, recorded)
advantages:straight info ask to make clear if not understood
disadvantages:not honest people

6.Observations
advantages:you know the information is direct because you see it with your own eyes
disadvantages:it may change the persons behavior because they know there being watched
7.Questionnaires

advantages:direct opinions and direct feedback

disadvantages:people might not be bothered to fill it in

8.Surveys

advantages:people obliged to answer because they don't need to do much

disadvantages:people might tell you anything just to make you leave

9.Focus groups

advantages:realistic opinions

disadvantages:it could be confusing listening to so many peoples information

1.what research have you done (or could you do) that can be called primary research?
I class did some textual analysis on v for vendetta.

Secondary research I've done is researching on Google.

How good something is for example film review.
I have watched a range of music videos and reviewed them

For quantitative research i can do a tally on how many people will liked my video and how many people didn't like it.
